THE GREAT INITIATION Understanding the breakdown and birth of a new humanity

An evening workshop with Sebastian Dienst

Something is shifting.

You can feel it in the headlines, in the conversations, in the strange undercurrent of these times. Crises are converging. Technologies are accelerating beyond our capacity to integrate them. Institutions are losing coherence. Old certainties no longer hold.

And yet, alongside the breakdown, something else is stirring. A different kind of awareness. A search for meaning, for connection, for a way through.

We are at a threshold in the human story.

About the Evening

This workshop is a space to step back from the noise and look at our moment from a wider perspective — drawing on systems thinking, the patterns of nature, and the wisdom traditions that have always understood transformation.

Together we will explore:

  • What kind of transition humanity may be moving through

  • Why breakdown so often precedes transformation

  • What nature can teach us about periods of profound change

  • How to orient ourselves — and find our footing — in uncertain times

The aim is not to provide simple answers, but to cultivate the clarity, perspective, and inner steadiness this moment is asking of us.

Who This Is For

Anyone who senses that something fundamental is shifting and wants to engage with it consciously. Whether you lead organizations, raise children, build, heal, create, or simply seek to make sense of the moment — you are welcome.

  • With the basics fresh, we’ll dive into hands-on arranging. We’ll explore shape, scale, and movement while encouraging personal style through floral design.
